We are currently seeking a proactive individual to join our team as a BREEAM Assessor. Located within the Belfast office, you will support our growing portfolio of project appointments, hold regular Teams meetings and liaise daily with clients. You will engage proactively in the full BREEAM process, alongside our current BREEAM team.
As a successful candidate, you will be competent in the following:
Professional work experience is preferred (BREEAM Assessments)
Ability to manage and work on multiple projects concurrently
Excellent standard in written and spoken English
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Email and Adobe
Capability to adapt to a fast-paced office environment
Ability to work to own initiative, with a methodical work attitude
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Professional interpersonal skills, and ability to contribute proactively to meetings
Daily duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Tracking, compiling, and reporting required sustainability evidence data
Attending, contributing, and hosting sustainability meetings (primarily via teams)
Support the BREEAM Assessment process, as required by Senior Management and Director
On-Site visits (Airport travel is required for site visits)
Any other activities required by in a fast-paced office environment
