The 217-bedroom new-build hotel, spread across 6 storeys, was developed as the first scheme of a larger Cambridge North redevelopment masterplan. Comprised of a hotel, bar, restaurant, conference facility and swimming pool, the development also contained a 160sq ft. retail space.
Located adjacent to Cambridge North rail station, the hotel façade of precast concrete and integrated brickwork encouraged a modern yet accessible feel to the developing area.
Achieving BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and an EPC ‘A’ rating, the hotel opened in late 2020.
