Comprised of hotel, gym, restaurant, bar, and meeting spaces, as well as retail space on Bow Lane East, the development spanned 7 storeys and 2 basement storeys. The 301-bedroom hotel was designed to fit within its wedge-shaped site and provide a contemporary feel within the heart of Dublin. Compact bedrooms were designed to maximise room numbers and create a fresh user experience.

Achieving BREEAM ‘Very Good’, the developments clean and contemporary design approach was injected into both the façade and interior styling, ensuring a refreshingly styled hotel in proximity to the city centre and all it has to offer.
