The 140-bed 4* Maldron Hotel handed over in Summer 2022. Spanning 8 storeys, the hotel comprised of a bar, restaurant, and conference room to ensure the best utilisation of space within the scenic Merrion Road site.

Targeting BREEAM ‘Very Good‘, the hotel was designed to be a useful addition to the area allowing guests easy links to Dublin while also offering the opportunity to make use of Merrion Strand and Booterstown Nature Reserve.
