Spread across 4 blocks, the 533-bed student accommodation was comprised of studios and shared apartment spaces. With an emphasis on well-being, the central courtyard included an outdoor gym, 360° views of the surrounding landscape, and proximity to Guildford Lido the outdoor swimming pool.

Comprised of an indoor mini-golf course, games room, indoor gym, sky lounge and communal roof top terrace, student amenities proved the core focus of the development.

Handing over in 2021, and achieving BREEAM ‘Very Good’, the developments brick façade juxtaposed the extensive surrounding greenery, ensuring a modern student sanctuary.
