BREEAM New Construction, Design Stage: EPC, Thermal Comfort, LZC Report, Daylighting

The new state-of-the-art secondary school in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland, is designed to accommodate 800 pupils.

An additional sports facility, consisting of a multi-sports hall, fitness suite as well as pitch provision for hockey, rugby, and football, is included in the circa 120,000sq ft. overall development.

Predicted to achieve BREEAM New Construction ‘Very Good’ at design stage, the development opened to students in 2023.
