Comprised of 1000 bedrooms, the extensive development consisted of the converted landmark building Zurich House and an adjoining new-build block. Located in the city centre yet within walking distance to University of Portsmouth’s main campus, the student accommodation was able to provide residents to links with all aspects of city living.

Achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and located adjacent to the 15-acre Victoria Park, no detail was spared in the accommodations construction, despite its large scale, ensuring the highest standards for residents.
